Storyboard from Kidnapped! Cryptic Nature Episode

As always, my storyboards are concepts of sequences for my pitch 'Cryptic Nature.' For this one, I decided to do a sequence from the episode idea I have which I have called 'Kidnapped' in which Charlie's uncle kidnaps Kain because he thinks Kain knows too much about sasquatches, when in reality Kain still doesn't even realize that Charlie is one. (Despite Charlie telling him on multiple occasions.) It's in this episode where Kain at last admits that Charlie isn't a human after he's forced to run the gauntlet in order to escape whatever it is that Charlie's uncle has planned for him. Alone in the wilderness, Kain desperately tries to find a way home, while meanwhile, Charlie has realized that something's wrong....









Cute ending I know. After all that terror on Kain's part, you might think that the sasquatch would be Charlie's uncle, but nope - it's Charlie himself, clad in nothing but his fur and bringing a peace offering of Kain's jacket. Later, after this sequence Charlie's uncle shows up and they both flee together, this time with an edge because of Charlie's superior knowledge of the forest. Instead of falling out over the fact that Charlie's a hairy forest thing, the two friends just become better friends over it. It's after this episode that the duo finally move to the city and Kain starts going to proper school. (Charlie's uncle will remain a bit of a bad guy. Design wise, I think Charlie's uncle would look a lot more sasquatch-like than Charlie.)
