Originally, Sarah was dressed up in fancy shmancy clothing like in the Prince of Egypt for Ashes of Hope's sequel Born of Fire but I realized this was pretty unrealistic. Except for stuff like court functions, Sarah wouldn't be caught dead in that sort of dress code. She's just not that sort of girl. Besides that, she'd roast her ass off in the sun, so for her new design I looked at what tribesmen of the desert have always worn, giving her clothes a kirin influence. Sarah's very smart as well as quite tenacious so it would be well within her skill set to figure out a way of sewing her own clothes. (And shoes!) Because we as humans pretty much suck when it comes to survival type stuff, Sarah would have to find ways of compensating for her inferiority. The clothes she wears here would be fashioned of very light coloured material, as lighter cloth doesn't absorb heat as badly as dark. Because the sand she walks on could burn her feet, she wears sort of cloth sandals. Underneath her sort of hood thing, she has cropped her dark hair short, to keep it from roasting her.
I'm still researching dessert survival, so this design is not final.
Now I'm going to go find a printer that works for my layout. ><
Oh, by the way - new layout choice. This is the one I'm going to finish up.
