Running with Craig's 'beast of burden' illustration concept, I decided to do a colour rendition of a semi-aquatic creature from my story called a kyang. They're sedate, dragonish critters employed by the kyra and aren't sentient. They use their powerful tails and webbed feet to cruise with ease through water, making them the perfect draft animal for their environ.
