Britt keeps encouraging me to try drawing with Sketchbook Pro, so today I decided to play with it as she has been suggesting. Here's a concept of Tyanar, a character who belongs to the same story as my velociraptor Moki. She's a chasmaporthetes - aka very fast, cheetah-like prehistoric hyena.
I like most of her markings, but I'm not sure I'm there yet with some of them. She has a habit of rolling in mud that contains ochre to colour her fur up a bit, but I don't think she looks quite right yet. The mud on her paws just looks sort of weird.
But on the plus side, sketchbook is a lot of fun to draw with and looks really nice! I'm definately going to use it more in the future.
