Shakka Kidnaps Tyanar Rough Concept

Short, rough bad quality concept comic for my perhaps-someday graphic novel which is currently called Velocity (working title) and which is set in a world where dinosaurs never went extinct (at least not fully) where there's large mammals but no humans and everything is prehistoric and awesome. It's like cave man land without the cave men and with velociraptors and prehistoric chasmaporthetes (running hyena.) Hell yeah.

In this we have Shakka (the smilodon thing which Moki calls ugly) kidnap Tyanar (otherwise known as Tya, the running hyena) while Moki the velociraptor-thing goes to take a look see up a giant tree. In case it was missed in this VERY rough general idea (which is much more of a thought), Shakka knocks Tya out by smacking her in the head with his ginormous paw. Moki comes down, finds them both gone and (though it isn't drawn) he gets come help from a pack of wily coelophysis who feel like helping him because either he or Tya spared one before this scene and the little bastards are grateful, so they point Moki in the right direction. (Much like that poor dumbass in Jurassic Park II who gets swarmed and eaten by the tiny buggers, Moki is at first sort of unnerved by them, until he realizes that they're not going to have their way with him ala-Jurassic Park II.) Meanwhile, Shakka thinks he's immensely clever and drags Tya up a tree, hanging her there like a leopard stashes a gazelle, only unfortunately, as wussy as Moki may sometimes seem, he's underestimated the little velociraptor's tenacity as well apparently forgetting what Tya said, that Moki's the best climber in their pack...

Also, Shakka might have foot long fangs, but Moki's got frigging claws just as big and he's a little better at using them!

*Correction: The puny vicious dinosaurs in JPII are compsognathus, not coelophysis.
